Directions:
1. Place peaches in a lightly greased 12 x 8-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon peel. Combine pie crust mix and brown sugar; sprinkle over peaches. Dot with butter.
2. Bake at 425 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
